The site utilizes modern web techniques such as HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design. Responsive design is a method where the display of the website will adapt to your screen size and allow for optimal viewing whether on desktop, tablet or phone.

51品茶 encourages individuals with disabilities to participate in our many programs and activities, and is committed to ensuring that our facilities and the information, services, courses and technology we provide are inclusive and accessible in accordance with applicable law. Consistent with this commitment, the University has launched an to provide our technology users, including those with disabilities, a functional and accessible technology experience with our Web presence and our instructional and emerging technologies.
To further this initiative, the 51品茶 administration and 51品茶 Web professionals are making progress to meet , or WCAG 2.0 AA, over the next four years.
